Our fleet consists of 2×14-person vans, 2×6-person executive shuttles, a 4-person sedan, and a 22-person passenger bus. See Vehicles and Pricing
GPS is active in each vehicle with real time traffic monitoring to help get you to your destination on time.
Your shuttle will arrive a short time prior to your scheduled departure and will use GPS technology to get you to your destination on time.
Once your schedule request has been confirmed a payment request link will be sent to book and complete your reservation.
We provide shuttle services both locally on the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau and throughout the region.

Pre-payment is required for all transportation, once the reservation has been confirmed a secure payment link will be provided for easy online payment.
Unless other arrangements have been made, a deposit of $100 per vehicle is due within fourteen (14) days of receiving the charter confirmation. Failure to send the deposit may result in a cancellation. The deposit is refundable if cancelled thirty (30) days prior to departure of the charter. The entire balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to charter date. All trips booked during peak dates could require a non-refundable $200 deposit per vehicle.

COVID-19
The health and safety of our passengers, partners, and employees is our top priority. As questions and concerns arise as a result of COVID-19, we have taken a number of precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection.
As a locally owned company that serves many clients, we must be especially vigilant about measures that can help protect the health and safety of our employees and passengers. We have implemented the following measures:
• Conduct a thorough cleaning of vehicle interior and exterior surfaces and touch points with anti-viral and anti-microbial disinfectant products (approved by the CDC) before and after each ride
• Remove all printed and reading materials from seat back pockets
• Cease offering any refreshments, that are not individually packaged and sealed, unless specifically requested by the client, and immediately remove such refreshments after the ride is completed
• Limit all physical contact or materials sharing between chauffeurs and clients where possible
• Drivers have masks available
• Clean and disinfect all office, dispatch and working areas daily
• Encourage all staff to see a doctor immediately if they feel unwell and do not allow sick employees to report to work
• Social distancing can be accommodated at the client’s request
