Terms & Conditions

See below for our Terms & Conditions pertaining to all bookings.

  • Billing

    Airport Transfer

    All airport pickups and drop offs will be charged in full to the card on file at the time of request. If there is no availability for your request you will be notified the same business day. If you have requested a quote you will be charged once the quote has been accepted by you, the client, and card information has been entered in the ‘reserve now’ section of your quote.


    Weddings/Events & Private Bookings

    After receiving your quote, once card information has been entered and submitted under the ‘reserve now’ tab 50% of the event will be charged up front with the remainder of the balance charged to the primary card on file  30 days prior to the event date. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    CANCELLATION POLICY


    Any/all reservations with less than 48 hours cancellation notice will result in 100% forfeiture of total balance. 


    Airport Reservations: Cancellation over 7 days in advance allows for 100% refund. Any cancellations less than 7 days in advance are nonrefundable. Should your flight be changed to a different date/time your reservation can be transferred pending schedule availability. 


    Private & Local Event Bookings:


    SUV's: Reservations are 50% refundable if canceled 30 days in advance for local/private events, and 25% refundable if canceled over 7 days in advance. 


    Sprinter Vans & Bus: 50% of the balance is due at time of reservation confirmation and is nonrefundable. Remaining balance is due and nonrefundable 30 days prior to event. 


  • Car Seats

    We do not provide car seats or booster seats nor do we install them for transportation. If a car seat or booster seat is needed, it is the clients responsibility to provide and install them.


  • Cleaning

    For certain trips, a clean-up fee of $100.00 or more will be charged to you if the vehicle needs excessive cleaning once returned from the reservation. This will be charged to the original form of payment on file.

  • Drugs & Alcohol

    Alcohol and ALL illicit substances are prohibited from all vehicles.


  • Lost Items

    All passengers must assume responsibility and risk of all luggage and personal belongings. Mountain Motor Coach, LLC is not liable for any damaged or lost baggage or other personal property.  Luggage must not exceed the amount that can be conveniently carried in the storage areas of the vehicle or as determined by the driver. 



  • Overages & Wait Times

    Upon departure pickup, the maximum waiting time is 15 minutes after the scheduled time, then we reserve the right to apply "No Show". This effect does not apply a refund. We suggest that you check-out at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.


    If your arrival flight is delayed, the rescheduling of the service will be subject to availability. Our drivers often have back to back reservations and are unable to accommodate lengthy wait times. We are not responsible for a rescheduling of service if you have missed your flight and no refund applies. 


    In the event that you miss your flight, please notify us instantly to extend the chances of rescheduling at no charge.


    You must notify us if you are arriving through a flight different than the flight you have provided us in the system.


    If you are traveling with a group of friends who all arrive on different flights, you must provide us with the last flight to arrive.


  • Passenger Behavior

    All passengers are required to act in a reasonable and responsible manner at all times while inside the vehicle and to comply with the directives and instructions of the driver of the vehicle. The Booking Client shall be liable to Mountain Motor Coach, LLC for any damages caused by any of the passengers to the vehicle. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse transportation for anyone excessively under the influence of alcohol or other substances and may also ask a passenger to exit a vehicle if they are unable to comply with the above requirements.

  • Seating Capacity

    All vehicles have been advertised at a passenger capacity that is comfortable for guests. Please see interior vehicle photos if you have further questions about seating arrangements.

  • Smoking

    Smoking (including cigarettes, vapes, cigars, etc. ) is prohibited in all vehicles.


  • Trip Updates

    If you have a request or a current reservation that needs to be updated/changed, please login to your MOOVS account and request your changes. This will provide us with an accurate update in our system. Once the changes have been approved/denied you will be notified.
