• Cancellation Policy

    Below are the specific policies in reference to your vehicle and type of event booked.

Airport Reservations:

Cancellation over 7 days in advance results in 100% refund. Any cancellations less than 7 days from booking are 100% nonrefundable. Should your flight be changed to a different date/time your reservation is eligible to be transferred pending schedule availability.

Should your flight be delayed or have a change in arrival/departure time, it is the sole responsibility of the client to inform the booking team and/or your driver of the new time.

Private & Local Event Bookings:

SUV’s:

Reservations are 100% refundable if canceled over 30 days in advance for local/private events. Cancellations 30 days or less from the event date are 100% nonrefundable.

Bus, Sprinter Vans & 8 Passengers:

50% of the balance is due at time of reservation confirmation and is NONREFUNDABLE. The remaining balance is due and will be charged to the primary card on file 30 days prior to event unless MMC has been provided an alternate card for payment prior to this date. Once the 30 day final balance has been paid it is NONREFUNDABLE.
